Truganina North Education Precinct unveils designs, and construction continues at Yarraville Place and Canvas Brunswick

ID_Land are pleased to share the designs for Truganina North Education Precinct and provide an update on construction works at Yarraville Place and Canvas Brunswick as we approach the middle of the year.

Truganina North Education Precinct

The designs for the Truganina North Education Precinct have been unveiled by the Victorian Government and Victorian School Building Authority, with the first part of the project, Truganina North Primary School (interim name), slated to open its doors in 2024.

The first-class local precinct will eventually include a kindergarten, primary school and secondary school, allowing Elements residents as well as local families and students alike to transition easily from kinder through to secondary school, all on the same site.

The plans include administration and library buildings, learning neighbourhoods, and community hubs for the primary and secondary school, and an arts and technology building and science and technology building for the Truganina North Secondary School.

Yarraville Place Construction Progresses

The team at Yarraville Place is currently in the process of bringing this stunning project to life around the site’s heritage-listed bluestone walls which have been respectfully restored as part of the development. Canvas Construction Progresses

Construction on site at Canvas Brunswick continues to progress, with the sculptural façade completed and the interior fit-outs now underway. Upon completion, Canvas Brunswick will provide 62 architecturally designed apartments alongside a retail space & impressive rooftop communal area for residents – complete with city views!
