Fuelled by ID_Land’s reputation in the area, following the selling out of Watermark and rapid progress at Glenlee, as well as the pent-up demand for property in the Armstrong Creek growth region, 90% of Release 1 at The Reserve sold out in the first 24 hours of launch.
The third Armstrong Creek project by ID_Land will benefit from continued infrastructure investment in the region, connectivity to Victoria’s second-largest commercial hub and access to lifestyle amenities.
