Watermark

Watermark represents ID_Land's first project in the Geelong growth corridor.

The project is complete and all 550 lots are now fully occupied.  The community is defined by landscaped waterways and tree-lined streets. There is additionally an extensive network of walking and cycling paths connecting residents to central parklands and shared open spaces.

This completed project is another example of ID_Land's ability to deliver enduring communities within emerging growth areas.
