The Walter

The Walter is a completed townhouse development located in Hadfield, part of Melbourne's established inner-northern suburbs. Delivered as a residential neighbourhood of 64 townhouses, the project provides a practical and well-structured living environment suited to a range of households.

Designed by architects, Peddle Thorp, the development offers a mix of two- and three-bedroom homes, planned to balance functionality, comfort and long-term liveability. Streets and residential layouts were designed to create a cohesive neighbourhood feel while maintaining privacy and ease of movement.

As a completed project, The Walter reflects ID_Land's experience in delivering medium-density residential developments that respond effectively to established suburban contexts and continue to perform over time.
