Meet Phil and Iona at Attwell.

Phil and Iona were long determined to find a home near Caroline Springs but felt their dream slipping out of reach due to rising house prices. That all changed when they discovered Attwell. They loved it so much that Phil visited the area daily to ensure they wouldn’t miss their chance. His persistence eventually paid off, with the family being one of the very first to purchase within Attwell’s initial stage release. Today, they’re not only proud residents but also ambassadors, having introduced many friends to the community who have also moved in.

Dawn, a perfect fit for James and Kaeli.

For James and Kaeli, finding a home that balanced infrastructure with natural surroundings for their child to grow up amongst was non-negotiable. After an extensive search, they found everything they were looking for at Dawn.
