We’re excited to share that the team on Port Lane, Port Melbourne has made exciting progress over the summer, with major milestones shaping the community as we get closer to the very first residents moving in!

Most recently, scaffolding was removed along Williamstown Road, enabling passersby’s to really begin seeing the community take shape as the first facades were revealed.

Currently Stage 1 is nearing completion, preparing to welcome the community’s first ever residents in April.

Looking elsewhere within Port Lane across the multiple Stages under construction, SHAPE Homes, the project’s builder, is progressing through many activities, including roofing, external cladding, and internal finishing works to continue to deliver more high-quality homes for our purchasers and future residents.

Moving forward our team is focused on maintaining the momentum of construction progress and bringing Port Lane’s vision to life.
