The Port Lane team has made significant progress on site, with exciting project milestones achieved and many more on the horizon as we work towards completion of the first townhomes.

We are thrilled to announce that civil construction works at Port Lane are complete. With the site now fully handed over to the builder SHAPE Homes, the project is really starting to take shape.

Townhouse construction is now in progress on every single lot in Port Lane, with external cladding works in progress on what will be the first stage of townhomes handed over to new residents! Across the rest of the site, SHAPE Homes are progressing through framing and concrete slab works.
