After an amazing year of continuing to deliver communities, the ID_Land team is proud to reflect on the many collective achievements we’ve shared in 2024.

Looking towards new projects, our team was excited earlier this year to launch a brand new community in Gisborne named Rosalia, inviting interested parties across multiple weekends to enjoy live music, tasty treats and family fun, as well as an exclusive opportunity to learn about highly anticipated land releases.

Underscoring a successful 2024 was a number of industry awards, which we are honoured to be recognised in.

Yarraville Place received a number of industry accolades this year, including being crowned Development of the Year – Urban Regeneration at The Urban Developer Awards for Excellence, and being nominated as a finalist for HIA’s Australian Townhouse/Villa of the Year Award.

Armstrong Creek’s Glenlee was also named a shortlisted finalist under UDIA Victoria’s Residential Subdivision category, a category that highlights exceptional masterplan design, planning, and liveability.

Looking ahead to 2025, our team is excited to hit the ground running with several construction commencements, including Rosalia’s first Stages and Dawn’s District Park. Meanwhile, homes will begin to reach completion at Port Lane and The Crescent.
