It’s been a busy quarter for our construction teams across the country, with big steps forward at Port Lane, The Crescent and Rosalia, Gisborne in particular.

Handovers are well underway across Port Lane, with Shape Homes completing quality checks, appliance installs and works across the communal areas, as buyers across the 122 townhomes start moving in and beginning their life in the sought-after lifestyle hub of Port Melbourne.

Elsewhere across the medium-density portfolio, all 113 slabs have been poured at The Crescent, adding the foundation for lifestyle-focused, well-connected and amenity-rich townhomes in one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing suburbs, South Morang.

Foundational works are also well underway at Rosalia – ID_Land’s second foray into the much-loved regional hub of Gisborne – where water reticulation, agricultural drainage, kerb construction and road boxing are finalised across Stages 1 and 2.

As we gear up towards the end of year, we’re looking forward to seeing our projects continue to take shape as we prepare to welcome new residents, families, friends and neighbours to our bustling communities.
