Haymont’s launch sees first release sell out in 24 hours


Meanwhile in Victoria, the strength of the Armstrong Creek market fuelled the roaring opening weekend at Haymont, where the new community’s first release sold out online via virtual sales on its opening weekend, totalling $10.7m across 42 lots.

Geelong’s snap lockdown meant the sales office was only open for two days prior to sales launch, which also meant that all sales from the first release were made virtually by the Oliver Hume team.

Haymont is our fourth project in the region, joining Glenlee, The Reserve and the now sold-out Watermark. In fact, Haymont’s opening weekend success mirrored that of The Reserve, which also sold out its entire first release during its first weekend on-market in May.
