Port Lane, our newest medium-density project in Port Melbourne, launched to much fanfare in March, generating $56m in sales at its launch weekend and is now 75% sold out.
The successful opening weekend at Port Lane mirrors that of Yarraville Place, which sold $45m – more than 50 percent of all stock – over the launch weekend in 2019, and is now sold out. Construction of the townhouses is due to commence from June this year.
