Our team is back in action for 2022, and we’re looking forward to continuing to build communities, expand our national footprint, deliver residential lots, progress works across our sites and grow our team this year, as demand remains high across the country.
Matthew Belford weighs in on the year ahead
Late last year, our director Matthew Belford spoke with The Urban Developer to share his predictions and forecasts for 2022, alongside a number of industry experts from the residential sector.
Matthew believes that buyer confidence in the regions, driven in part by the pandemic-driven shift in lifestyle priorities as well as government stimulus, won’t slow down any time soon. He also sees Queensland as a market that will continue to grow, underpinning our team’s active search for further acquisitions in the state.
As affordability becomes a bigger challenge for homebuyers, Matthew believes the provision of affordable land and houses will see the market through its highs and lows.
Willowbank Primary School ready to open its doors in term 1
After being announced in 2019, Willowbank Primary School and the collocated Rothschild Road Kindergarten – both which reside in Willow in Gisborne – aretoday opening their doors.
Catering to a growing community in Gisborne, and the families that will one day call Willow home, Willowbank Primary School will have places for 475 students while the adjoining kindergarten will have 66.
We’re looking forward to seeing the younger future residents of Willow experiencing their new school later this month!
