ID_Land are proud to announce the acquisition of two further sites in Gisborne and Armstrong Creek that will add $400m to our $2.5bn pipeline, as well as our diversification into private funds management with the launch of Title Capital.
The newest Gisborne acquisitions encompass two parcels; 180ha of farmland and an 86ha residentially zoned site, the latter of which will be developed into a master-planned community. Meanwhile in Armstrong Creek, our team has amalgamated a number of sites along Barwon Heads Road to create our fourth land estate in the region, Haymont, consisting of over 400 lots with an end value of over $100m.
