JUNE 2020 UPDATE. A YEAR IN REVIEW FROM ID_LAND

NEWSLETTER

As we adjust to the new normal arisen from the past few months, our team at ID_Land look towards the second half of 2020 with optimism.

The new decade has so far required a nimble approach to development that could quickly adapt to new environments and changing buyers’ needs. The ID_Land team has worked tirelessly to deliver a record number of lots and high-quality amenities throughout our communities. Delivery continues to be a key focus for our team. We are proud to place families one step closer to building their home in an ID_Land community.

Projects Update

Our new regional land development, Willow in Gisborne, saw an overwhelming response to the launch of sales, resulting in 16 eager purchasers camping out overnight in order to be one of the first to buy in the first release – a reflection of the pent-up demand for land in this booming regional locale.

Yarraville Place, located just 11km away from Melbourne’s CBD, generated $45 million in sales in just 48 hours, resulting in over 50 percent of the entire project sold in the opening weekend. Construction has now commenced at Yarraville Place with the project almost completely sold out.

“We are proud to place families one step closer to building their home in an ID_Land community.”

In the heart of Victoria’s western growth corridor at Elements in Truganina, we secured a full-line Coles supermarket that is set to become the anchor tenant in the project’s neighbourhood activity centre when it reaches completion in 2022.

Elsewhere across our portfolio, construction has commenced at Glenlee, our 650-lot community in Armstrong Creek, just minutes from Geelong. We welcomed our 100th purchaser at Glenlee, while nearby at neighbouring Watermark, the sales team have notched up the project’s 500th sale.

North of Melbourne, at ID_Land’s Amber project in Wollert – one of the state’s fastest-growing locales – we announced a landmark GAIC works-in-kind agreement with the state government, confirming a state-run primary school to be built within the project. This 3.5 hectare school will take enrolments from prep to grade 6, providing residents from within Amber, and those nearby, with access to the top-quality education that Victoria is renowned for.

Following their completion in 2019, ID_Land’s Prospect development in Pascoe Vale and The Walter in Hadfield are both currently available to lease through ID_Real Estate. The completion of these projects reflects ID_Land’s growing commitment towards the medium density market as shifting demographics underpin the sustained popularity for townhome product across Melbourne.

“After a decade of successfully delivering residential developments throughout Victoria, our track record is a showcase of our attention to detail and commitment to quality.”

Looking Forward

2020 is shaping up to be another milestone year for ID_Land as we gear up to launch two new developments. Canvas in Brunswick, our first apartment project, holds a permit for 62 apartments, 1,400sqm of retail and a rooftop residents’ amenity, whilst our luxury Port Melbourne project will feature over 120 modern townhomes.
